Our refund and return policies differ depending on the products and services purchased. They are as follows:
placesforaudiology.com -You may request a refund of 110% of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds may be requested by emailing matt[at]audiologymarketingnow.com
audiologysymposium.com – You may request a refund of 100% of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Physical recordings (DVD_ROMs) must be shipped back to us prior to receiving your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however original shipping costs will be refunded along with the purchase price of the recordings. Refunds may be requested by emailing nancy[at]educatedpatients.com
hearppc.com – Services are purchased for the following month. A refund of the initial purchase amount may be requested prior to the activation of the campaign only. Once the campaign is activated (and your ads are showing), no refunds will be issued. You may, however, cancel your service at any time – ceasing all future scheduled payments to Clinical Profits LLC. Any third-party services (i.e. Google AdWords, Microsoft adCenter, etc.) registered for in conjunction with HearPPC must be canceled separately by the client. Canceling your HearPPC management services will close your HearPPC account only. HearPPC ad copy and campaign structure may be deleted, but the accounts will remain active with the ad services. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel these third-party accounts.
Unless otherwise specified above or on the website of the product or service purchased, the following information applies to returns and refunds:
- Money-back guarantees cover the price of the product only. It does not apply to additional charges applied by third-parties for additional services rendered, including ad agencies and shipping companies.
- Once a return is received or refund request submiteed, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to the original payment source.
- Returns will not be given to any one customer for a specific product more than once. Any money back guarantees for a specific product and customer are void after that customer has returned that specific product
- To ensure that a returned item is not lost or damaged, please send the product back to us using a tracking number and an appropriate amount of insurance coverage. If we do not receive the product back and the there is no proof of delivery, we cannot process the refund.
